Cancellations
  • Cancellations can be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or service time.

  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of service time will incur a 25% service fee.

  • Once transportation has commenced, no cancellations can be made.

Refunds
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Refunds are subject to verification of service non-utilization.

  • Partial refunds may apply in cases where services were partially completed.

Exceptions
  • Services cancelled due to operational issues, weather, or unforeseen delays from our side are fully refundable.
